General Information
Autumn Frost Hosta is a nice perennial plant. This hosta is great for providing a pop of color to a shaded area of your landscape. It forms as a medium sized mound of foliage, with flowers held above. The foliage is very ornamental in nature. The leaves are bluish-green in color, emerging in the spring with bright yellow margins. The margins transition to creamy yellow in the summer months. Light lavender flowers grow on tall stems in the mid-summer. The flowers are attractive to hummingbirds.

Hosta ‘Autumn Frost’ grows to a height of 10 to 12 inches, with a spread of 18 to 24 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 9. Autumn Frost can grow in full to partial shade. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
