Duchess DeNemours Peony exhibits large, white blooms with ivory to light yellow centers. This fabulous heirloom peony is the most popular of the double white. It is a dependable peony with profuse blooms and excellent garden habit. The beautiful, showy flowers and attractive foliage of this peony are wonderful alone or as a backdrop for other perennials. Enjoy their wonderful fragrance with a beautiful cut flower arrangement.

Duchess DeNemours Peony needs full sun. It will grow to a height of 30 to 36 inches with a similar spread. Plant in zones 3 to 8.

These huge flower stalks of the Paeonia ‘Duchess de Nemours’ will need staking. Cut foliage to the ground in the Fall after frost. Peonies are relatively pest free.
