Grimm’s Gardens guarantees that we ship only true to nomenclature, top quality, healthy plants to our customers.

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us immediately at [email protected] with details of the problem and a picture of the plant. We will work with you to resolve any issue you have. Because of the varied growing conditions across the country we do not guarantee the survivability of our plants beyond delivery. We do, however, want you to be successful. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and billing information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

When shopping, we keep a record of your email and the cart contents for up to 30 days on our server. This record is kept to repopulate the contents of your cart if you switch devices or needed to come back another day.

Yes, we do utilize cookies for advertising.  Cookies on your browser, however, can be cleared at any time.

What and where we store:

• If you are an affiliate, we store a cookie with your affiliate ID and map it to the user accessing our site with your link.
• If you are a visitor accessing our site with the affiliate link, we store your IP address. And if you place an order, then your order details are stored along with your IP address.
• We also store a cookie in your browser to ensure we can properly reimburse our affiliates if you use their link to view a product, then return and purchase that product at a later date.

Export/Delete personal data

Exporting personal data is available for both – affiliate and visitor.

Export/delete of personal data will be processed only after receiving confirmation about it.

For deleting cookie data, a visitor can simply delete cookies from their browser.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
