Description

Old Fashion Bleeding Heart

General Information

Old Fashion Bleeding Heart is a common, old fashioned favorite as its name suggest.  White, inner petals protrude from the center of these unique 1″,  pink, heart shaped blooms that give it the appearance of a bleeding heart.  These attractive flowers dangle from branching stems over the soft, green foliage. The foliage is less deeply divided than others of the species. This is a great plant for shaded borders and woodland gardens. The flower stems make a great addition to your cut flower bouquet.
