General Information
Old Gold Juniper is an evergreen shrub. It is somewhat shorter, reaching 3 feet tall. This juniper will typically grow in a compact and somewhat spreading overall growth habit. Its ornamental appeal will make it a nice choice for a variety of landscaping areas. The small, scale-like evergreen foliage will keep a nice appearance year round. It is golden-green in color, taking a bronzish tint in the coldest months.

Juniperus × pfitzeriana ‘Old Gold’ reaches 2 to 3 feet in height, with a spread of 4 to 5 feet. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Old Gold Juniper tends to do best in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
