General Information
Tater Tot Arborvitae is an evergreen shrub. It is quite small in size, reaching up to 2 feet tall. This shrub will in a compact, dense and rounded overall fashion. The size and ornamental appeal of the Tater Tot Arborvitae make it perfect for a variety of landscaping areas. The evergreen foliage is formed in flat ‘scales’. It is a very attractive bright green in color. The foliage can take on a different tint in the winter months in colder areas. The Tater Tot Arborvitae is a very nice, low maintenance choice for your landscape!
Additional Information
Thuja occidentalis ‘SMNTOBAB’ will to 1 to 2 feet tall, with a similar spread. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 7. Tater Tot Arborvitae can grow well in full to partial sunlight conditions. It will do well with average to moderate amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
