General Information
Lilac Blue Kickin’ Aster is an ornamental perennial plant. It is of moderate size, making it perfect for a variety of landscaping areas. It grows full and rounded overall, with flowers held above the foliage. The foliage is short and narrow, with a nice blue-green color. The plant has abundant flowers from late summer into early fall. They are lavender blue in color, with a bright yellow center eye. Great for attracting butterflies and bees!

Aster ‘Kickin Lilac Blue’ grows to a height of 2 to 3 feet, with a similar overall spread. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. It tends to do best in full sunlight. Lilac Blue Kickin Aster does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
