Woodside Amethyst Daylily is a perennial plant. It will have a nice, vigorous overall growth habit. This daylily would be a good choice for a variety of landscape settings. The foliage is long, narrow and arching, deep green in color. It will provide the plant with a nice appearance through the growing seasons. The flowers of the Woodside Amethyst Daylily will be about 3 inches wide. They will be lavender-purple in color, with a white mid-petal rib and greenish-yellow throat. The flowers bloom in abundance through the summertime. The fragrant flowers will attract butterflies and hummingbirds!

Hemerocallis ‘Woodside Amethyst’ will be 24 to 30 inches tall, with a similar width. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Woodside Amethyst Daylily tends to grow well in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
