Blood Sweat and Tears Daylily is a perennial plant. It will form as nice clump of foliage, with flowers held on stems above. This will be a great choice for a variety of different landscaping spaces. The plant will have arching deep green foliage, keeping a nice appearance through the growing seasons. Blood Sweat and Tears Daylily will large flowers, up to 6 inches wide. They will be deep red in color, with a large pink center and a yellow throat. This reblooming daylily will start to flower midsummer. It is a great choice for attracting hummingbirds and many different pollinators.

Hemerocallis ‘Blood Sweat and Tears’ will be 24 to 28 inches tall, with a width of 18 to 24 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 9. Blood Sweat and Tears Daylily can grow in full to partial sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
