Phoenix Tears Goji Berry is a perennial fruit plant. This is a nice, attractive plant, with a variety of benefits for your landscape. It is a vining plant, and will grow best when trained on some form of supports. Phoenix Tears Goji Berry will have very attractive violet-purple bell shaped flowers from late May into the summer. Orangish-red berries will follow mid-summer. The plant will produce an abundant crop, with a great deal of health benefits. They have a sweet flavor, with slight acidity. This is a self fertile fruit plant.

Lycium barbarum ‘Phoenix Tears’ will be 5 to 6 feet tall, with a similar overall width. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 8. Phoenix Tears Goji Berry will grow well with full to partial sunlight. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well draining soils.
