General Information
Nosferatu Daylily is a great perennial for a variety of landscaping areas. Perfect for borders, flower beds, mass plantings as well as areas with difficult soil conditions. The foliage is narrow and arching, with a very nice deep green color. The flowers begin to bloom midsummer. The edges of the petals are ruffled giving an added point of interest. They are dark purple in color, with a greenish-yellow throat. Very attractive to butterflies, hummingbirds and bees!

Hemerocallis ‘Nosferatu’ grows to a height of 24 to 26 inches, with a spread of 18 to 24 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 9. Nosferatu can grow in full to part sunlight. It does best with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils. It is adaptable to a variety of soil conditions.
