General Information

Music Box Sunflower is a great choice for your flower patch!  These seeds are an exclusive offering from Renees Garden seed company.  The Music Box sunflower has a great deal of ornamental appeal.  It has the added benefit of being sized controlled, at up to 2.5 feet tall.  This sunflower is well branched, providing an abundance of flower heads.  The flowers are bright yellow in color, with bronze accents.  The center seed disk is brown in color.  The flowers are great in cut arrangements!  Each of the seed packets will weigh .75 grams, containing 40 to 45 seeds.

Additional Information

The seeds can be started early indoors or direct seeded in the garden.  They should be planted outdoors once nighttime temperatures remain above 50 degrees.  Seeds should be planted at a depth of 1/2 inch, 4 inches apart.  Once the seedlings have emerged, they should be thinned to a spacing of 12 inches.
