General Information
Mini Stars Delphinium is a perennial plant. This plant is much more controlled in size than other delphiniums. It has a nice upright form, with flowers held above foliage. It looks great in a variety of different landscaping areas. The foliage is deeply cut, and is dark green in color. It will keep an attractive appearance through the growing seasons. The bottlebrush style flower clusters bloom from early summer to early fall. The flowers have a nearly fluffy appearance. This mix of flowers comes in colors of purple, blue, mauve, pink, lilac, and cream. They are great for attracting butterflies, hummingbirds and a variety of other pollinators.
Additional Information
Delphinium ‘Mini Stars’ will be 18 to 30 inches tall, with a spread of 12 to 18 Inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 7. Mini Stars Delphinium can grow well in full to partial sunlight. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
