General Information

Cool Splash Bush Honeysuckle has white and green variegated leaves which provide interest right through to the first frost.  They do not display any fall color.  Trumpet-shaped yellow blooms appear in early summer.  These are attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds.

Additional Information

Diervilla sessilifolia ‘Cool Splash’ grows best in full sun to partial shade.  Cool Splash Bush Honeysuckle will grow 3 to 4 feet in height and has a similar spread.  Plant in zones 3-7.  Dought tolerant.  Mildly tolerant of urban pollution.

Care & Shipping Notes

Grows in average, well drained soils.  Tolerant of many soil types.  Does best in average to moist soils, but will not tolerate standing water.  Requires occasional maintenance.  Prune in late winter before blooms.
