General Information

Iceberg Alley Willow is a deciduous shrub. It is moderate in size, reaching to 6 feet tall. Though in colder climates in will be shorter. This shrub is dense, upright and rounded in overall growth habit. The leaves are long and narrow in shape. They have a very attractive grey-green color, keeping a very nice appearance through the growing season. Abundant, rounded blooms in the springtime. They are silvery-white in color, with red stamens in the flower. These flowers are great for attracting pollinators.

Additional Information

Salix candida ‘Jefberg’ reaches a height of 3 to 6 feet, with a similar spread. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 2 to 6. Iceberg Alley Willow tends to do best in full sunlight conditions. It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils. It does tolerate moist conditions.
