General Information
Uptick Red Coreopsis is a perennial plant. It has a vigorous, mounded overall growth habit. This coreopsis will be a nice choice for a variety of landscape spaces. The foliage is deep green in color, providing a nice appearance to the plant through the growing seasons. The initial flowers will be nearly all dark red, with later flowers have golden tips. They bloom in abundance through the summer. Uptick Red Coreopsis will attract pollinators!
Additional Information
Coreopsis ‘Baluptred’ will be 12 to 14 inches tall, with a similar width. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. Uptick Red Coreopsis will grow well in full sunlight conditions. It does well with average amounts of moisture in a variety of soils.
