General Information
Blue Hill Salvia is a delightful perennial plant. It is moderate in size, reaching up to 20 inches tall. This plant will form as a clump of foliage, with flowers held above. Blue Hill Salvia will great in a variety of different landscaping areas. The foliage will give the plant a nice appearance through the growing seasons. It will have a bit of a rough texture, deep green in color. The flowers appear on spikes, with blooms typically from late spring into the summer. They will be a very attractive violet to blue in color.

Salvia x sylvestris ‘Blauhugel’ will be 18 to 20 inches tall, with a spread of 12 to 18 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 8. Blue Hill Saliva tends to do best in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
