Description

Berry White Hydrangea

General Information

Berry White Hydrangea is a very ornamental deciduous shrub.  It works well in a shrub border, as a hedge or in a variety of other landscaping areas.  It grows in an overall upright fashion.  The foliage is green in color and gives the shrub a nice appearance all through the growing season.  The flowers grow in large cone shaped clusters.  The flowers tend to bloom beginning mid summer.  They emerge white, with a light green tint, maturing to a deep pink color late in the season.

Additional Information

Hydrangea paniculata ‘Renba’ grows to a height of 6 to 7 feet, with a spread of 4 to 5 feet.  It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 8.  Berry White Hydrangea tends to grow best in full sunlight.  It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
