Terra Cotta Yarrow

General Information

Terra Cotta Yarrow is a very nice perennial plant.  It is great for flower beds, borders and a variety of other landscape areas.  It is a moderate sized plant, at 30 inches tall and wide.  The leaves are a nice green color.  They are deeply cut and almost fern-like in appearance.  When crushed, they emit an aromatic fragrance.  They individual flowers are very small, but form in large, flat topped clusters up to 4 inches across.  The flowers emerge a peach-yellow color, aging to a coppery-bronze color.  These flowers emerge early summer, continuing throughout the summer.   Rebloom can be encouraged by removal of spent blooms.  Great for attracting butterflies.  Great for cut or dried flower arrangements.
