General Information
Red Pillar Rose of Sharon is a deciduous shrub. It is a tall shrub, with a very upright growth habit. This hibiscus will have a great deal of ornamental appeal, perfect for a variety of landscaping areas. The foliage of the Red Pillar Rose of Sharon is deep green, keeping a nice appearance through the growing seasons. The flowers are dark pink, with a large red center eye. They will grow in abundance all through the summertime. The flowers are a great choice for attracting bees, butterflies and hummingbirds!

Hibiscus syriacus ‘GFNHSRP’ will be 10 to 16 feet tall with a width of 4 to 5 feet. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. Red Pillar Rose of Sharon will grow and flower best in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well draining soils.
