General Information
Yard Long Noodle King Pole Beans are a delightful choice for your vegetable garden. These beans are a new introduction from Renees Garden Seed Company. The beans are quite long and slender, reaching upwards of 12 to 18 inches in length. They are bright green in color, producing beans in abundance, typically 70 or so after planting. The beans are frequently used in Asian cuisine, but work well for a variety of other cooking uses. Each seed packet will contain 105 to 110 seeds.
Additional Information
The beans are best started out in the garden once temperatures remain above 55 degrees at night. They are typically planted March to June in warmer climates, May to June in cooler areas. The seeds should be planted about 4 inches apart at a depth of 1 inch. They will typically germinate in 5 to 10 days. This is a vining bean plant and will require a trellis, stakes or some form of strong supports.
