Basic Package (3 Applications)
The basic package is perfect for those who want a nice looking yard that is also healthy and green. This package includes 2 herbicide applications to control major weeds in our area, along with a single, well-balanced fertilizer application to nourish your turf.
- Crabgrass Preventer
(Early April): This application prevents crabgrass and goosegrass, effectively reducing weed competition and keeping your lawn healthy throughout the season. It’s especially important in our area to prevent these weeds from taking over. - Fall Fertilizer
(Early September): This fertilizer application helps your lawn recover from the stress of summer heat. It replenishes essential nutrients, ensuring your grass stays vibrant as it prepares for cooler months. - Fall Herbicide
(Mid-October): This broadleaf herbicide targets weeds like dandelions, henbit, and chickweed. Since weeds are small and more susceptible in the fall, this application is the most effective time for control.
Full Package (6 Applications)
This package brings the utmost care and attention to your lawn, keeping it weed free and well fed. It includes everything in the Basic Package plus two additional fertilizer applications and an insecticide application to control grubs. This package help to keep your lawn healthy, well-fed, and free from pests.

- Spring Fertilizer
(Mid-April): This slow-release fertilizer gives your lawn a strong start to the growing season and ensures continuous feeding throughout the summer. - White Grub Control
(Early June) To prevent grubs infestations, this insecticide application is essential, especially for lawns that have experienced grub problems in the past. It provides peace of mind, knowing your lawn won’t be at risk of damage. - Winterizer
(Early November): This quick-release nitrogen fertilizer helps your lawn build strong root systems, preparing it for the winter months ahead and promoting a healthy start when spring arrives.

Over Seeding
If your lawn has been neglected or has areas suffering from damage such as grubs, high traffic, or shade, overseeding is an excellent option to help restore its health. Not only does this process introduce new turf to thicken your lawn, but it also allows you to add a variety of grass that’s better suited to your environment. For example, choosing turf that tolerates heat, drought, or shade can improve the overall resilience of your lawn. For optimal results, overseeding is best done in the fall when the conditions are most favorable for growth.
Lawn Renovation
A full lawn renovation is the perfect solution for lawns that have been severely damaged. This process begins with several herbicide treatments to eliminate existing grass and weeds, followed by grading to address drainage issues or any other concerns. After that, we reseed the area and cover it with straw mulch to protect the new growth. Similar to overseeding, the fall is the ideal time for lawn renovation to ensure the best chance of success.
