Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size, weight and delivery destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $300 or more. 

Order Processing & Delivery Timing

To ensure the best success when shipping live plants, our orders are processed and packaged on Mondays and Tuesdays. All of our live plant orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days of original purchase date, with certain exceptions, such as pre-orders or products with specified ship dates listed on their individual product pages. 

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Delivery times can vary depending on location, carrier service, weather conditions and seasonal demand.

Order Tracking ​

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
