Watermelon Carnival Coral Bells

General Information

Watermelon Carnival Coral Bells is a perennial plant.  It is smaller in size, growing to 12 inches tall.  This plant typically grows in a mounded, densely growing form, with flowers held above.  It provides a great burst of color for shaded landscaping areas.  The leaves emerge a very colorful peach to pink, before transitioning to greenish-bronze.  The underside of the leaves are deep red in color, creating a nice contrast.  In the summer, loose clusters of white flowers bloom in abundance. Great for attracting butterflies and hummingbirds.  It also has exhibited good resistance to browsing by deer.
