General Information
Rheinland Astilbe is a perennial plant. It is moderate in size, at 24 inches tall. This plant will form as a clump of foliage, with flowers held above. The Rheinland Astilbe will look great in a variety of landscaping areas. The foliage is very attractive, deep green in color, with a nice glossy appearance. It will keep a nice look through the growing seasons. The flower blooms are quite large, growing in dense clusters. The flowers are deep pink in color, blooming abundantly in the early summer.

Astilbe ‘Rheinland’ will be 20 to 24 inches tall, with a spread of 16 to 20 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Rheinland Astilbe can grow in conditions from full sun to full shade. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well draining soils.
