Raspberry Ruffles Dianthus is a perennial plant. This is a smaller plant, reaching 10 inches in height. It will form as a nice dense mound of foliage, with very ornamental flowers. Raspberry Ruffles Dianthus is a plant that will do well in a variety of landscaping areas. The leaves are quite small, growing in a dense overall fashion. They are a very nice bluish-green in color. The flowers are 1.75 inches wide, growing in abundance beginning in the early summertime. They will rebloom in the early fall if sheared after the flowers fade. The semi-double flowers are raspberry-pink in color, with a lighter pink edge. Great for attracting a variety of pollinators!

Dianthus ‘Raspberry Ruffles’ will be 8 to 10 inches tall, with a width of 12 to 14 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Raspberry Ruffles Dianthus will do well in full to partial sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture with well drained soils. This plant will have nice drought tolerance once established.
