Pink Flowering Almond is an ornamental shrub. It can grow to be moderate in size, at 6 feet tall. This shrub will grow in an upright, multi-stemmed form. It will provide a good deal of ornamental appeal to a variety of landscaping areas. The foliage is smaller in size, with a glossy appearance. It will be deep green in color. The flowers will bloom abundantly in the early to mid spring. The fully double flowers are light pink in color. This plant is a great choice for an extraordinary springtime flower display!

Prunus glandulosa ‘Rosea Plena’ will be 4 to 6 feet tall, with a spread of 3 to 4 feet. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 8. Pink Flowering Almond tends to do best when planted in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
