Midnight Masquerade Beardtongue is a perennial plant. This plant will have a tall, upright form with great visual appeal. It will be a great choice for a variety of landscaping areas. The leaves will be burgundy-purple in color. They will have better color in full sunlight conditions. The flowers will be lavender-purple, with white interiors. They will bloom in great abundance in the early summertime. The flowers of the Midnight Masquerade Beardtongue are quite attractive to hummingbirds and bees!

Penstemon ‘Midnight Masquerade’ will be 36 to 40 inches tall, with a width of 28 to 32 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 8. Midnight Masquerade Beardtongue will grow well in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
