Medusa Ornamental Onion is a perennial plant. It will form as a mound of foliage with flowers held above. This plant will be a nice choice for a variety of landscaping areas. The Medusa Ornamental Onion will have grey-green foliage. The narrow leaves will have a twist near the end. The lavender-purple rounded flower clusters will bloom in abundance in the late summer time. Tough, low maintenance plant will also attract butterflies and bees!

Allium ‘Medusa’ will be 20 to 24 inches tall, with a generally similar width. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 8. Medusa Ornamental Onion will do well in full to part sunlight conditions. It will grow well with average to low amounts of moisture in a variety of soil conditions.
