General Information
Taylor Juniper is a moderate sized evergreen. It is an upright, narrow shrub, with great ornamental appeal. This narrow growth habit makes it ideal in a wide variety of landscaping areas. This juniper was discovered in Nebraska, ensuring it has great toughness for different weather conditions. The foliage for the Taylor Juniper is a very nice blue-green color all through the growing season. During the winter months, the foliage can take on a bronze tint. Develops nice exfoliating bark over time.

Juniperus virginiana 'Taylor' grows to a height of 15 to 20 feet, with a spread of 3 to 4 feet. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Taylor tends to grow best in full sunlight. It does with average to low amounts of moisture in well drained soils. It has great adaptability to a wide variety of soil conditions.
