Rosy Red Disco Belle Hibiscus is a delightful perennial plant. It is a much more compact form of hibiscus than many others. The smaller size makes it ideal for many different landscaping areas. The foliage is a very nice medium green throughout the growing season. The flowers provide the greatest visual appeal for this plant. The flowers are very large, growing up to 9 inches wide. They are rosy-red in color, with a white center stamen. The flowers bloom in abundance from mid summer to early fall. Great for attracting butterflies!

Hibiscus moscheutos 'Disco Belle Rosy Red' grows to a height of 24 to 30 inches, with a spread of 18 to 24 inches. It is recommended for USDA planting zones 4 to 9. It tends to grow and flower best in full sunlight. It does well with average to moderate amounts of moisture, with rich and well drained soils. It can adapt to other soils, so long as it is not terribly dry. Rosy Red Hibiscus is not known to have any serious disease or insect issues.
