Dwarf Korean Lilac
Dwarf Korean is a compact, low spreading lilac. Abundant clusters of reddish purple buds open to pale lilac pink flowers in spring. Dark green foliage stays looking great even in the summer heat. Drought tolerant once established. This hardy lilac is a great shrub to add to your landscape. Plant as a low hedge, border, or mass planting. Use along slopes to control erosion.
Syringa meyeri ‘Palibin’ grows best in Full Sun. It will grow 4-5′ tall with a spread of 5-7′. Plant in zones 3 to 7. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Deer tolerant.
Care & Shipping Notes
Easy to grow in average, well drained soil. Prefers slightly acidic soil. Fertilize spring and fall with Tree & Shrub fertilizer. Prune immediately after flowering, so that next years blooms are not affected. Remove dead canes to encourage new growth. Provide good air circulation. No serious insect or disease problems.
