Coral Drift Rose

General Information

Coral Drift Rose is a deciduous shrub rose.  Its ornamental appeal makes it perfect for borders, along pathways or a variety of other landscaping areas.  It forms low growing, slightly spreading mound of foliage, with beautiful flowers.  The foliage is oval in shape, with a slightly glossy appearance.  They are medium green in color.  The flowers grow in abundance from mid spring until the first frost of fall.  They are bright pink to orange in color. 

Additional Information

Rosa ‘Meidrifora’ grows to a height of 1 to 2 feet, with a spread of 2 to 3 feet.  It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 11.  Coral Drift does best in full sunlight.  It does well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.  The shrub is said to have good resistance to common rose diseases.
