Cinderella Honeyberry

General Information

Cinderella Honeyberry is a fruiting shrub. It is smaller in size, reaching 3 feet tall and wide. The shrub tends to have a generally upright and rounded overall form. It will nice visual appeal and as well as delicious fruits! Attractive deep green foliage will provide a nice appearance for the shrub through the growing seasons. Bright white flowers in the early springtime. Berries follow, ripening to deep bluish to purple, typically in late May. They are great for fresh eating, jelly-making or a variety of other uses. These plants do require a pollinating partner, Borealis Honeyberry is a great choice.

Additional Information

Lonicera caerulea var. kamchatica ‘Cinderella’ will be 2 to 3 feet tall, with a similar spread. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 8. Cinderella Honeyberry tends to do best when planted in full sunlight. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
