Cat's Meow Catmint is an ornamental perennial plant. It will be moderate in size, reaching 20 inches tall. This plant will have a nice, controlled form with great ornamental features. The Cat's Meow Catmint will work quite well in a variety of sunny areas of your landscape. The leaves of this catmint are smaller, grey-green in color. It should keep a nice appearance through the growing seasons. The flowers bloom in abundance from summer into the fall. The flowers are lavender-blue in color with nice purple calyxes. The flowers of the Cat's Meow Catmint are quite attractive to butterflies and other pollinators!

Nepeta faassenii 'Cat's Meow' will be 16 to 20 inches tall, with a spread of 24 to 36 inches. This catmint is recommended for USDA climate zones 3 to 8. Cat's Meow Catmint will tend to do best in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils. Once established, it is said to have good drought tolerance.
