California Native Orange Poppy
California Native Orange Poppy is an attractive choice for your garden. The plant will form as a mound of feathery grey-green foliage. The flowers will bloom in abundance from spring to early summer. The flowers have a silky appearance, a nice golden-orange in color. After the flowers are spent, seed pods will form. If they are allowed to dry and fall, self seeding can happen in the next growing season.
The seeds are typically best seeded directly into the garden. Plant seeds 2 to 3 apart, covered by about a quarter inch of soil. Once established, thin plants to 3 to 4 inches to allow for full growth.
Our products will ship with USPS, FedEx or UPS. They should take 2 to 3 days to reach most areas that we ship to. All of our seed packets will be shipped out within 3 to 4 business days, with certain exceptions.
