Blue Elf Sedum
General Information
Blue Elf Sedum is a perennial groundcover plant. This is a low growing plant, reaching 3 inches tall. It has a nice spreading habit, with great ornamental appeal. Blue Elf is great in rock gardens and other well drained landscaping areas. The foliage is succulent, smaller in size, growing in rosettes. The leaves are steel blue in color, tinted slightly purple at times. Flowers clusters bloom in abundance beginning late summer, into early fall. The fragrant flowers are a very attractive pink to crimson in color. They are great for attracting butterflies!

× Sedoro ‘Blue Elf’ will be 3 to 4 inches tall with a spread of 12 to 15 inches. It is recommended for USDA planting zones 4 to 9. Blue Elf Sedum will do well in full sun conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
