American Gold Rush Black-Eyed Susan is a great plant that would fit well in different areas of your landscape. It is perfect for borders, flower beds or any sunny area. It grows in an upright fashion, holding all the flowers up nicely. The leaves are narrow and deep green in color. They have a hairy texture. The flowers bloom abundantly from midsummer to early fall. They are bright yellow in color, with a black center cone. They are attractive to butterflies and to birds for the seeds. Great in cut flower arrangements!
