General Information

The dense, scale-like foliage of Technito Arborvitae emerges light green in the spring and turn to a rich, dark green. It holds its color well through the winter. Great compact cultivar with pyramidal form.  It is a compact form of Techny . Technito is a slow growing tree that is native to North America. The finely textured foliage will add great year round interest. This excellent, low maintenance tree would be a great choice for a specimen or accent plant. Use in mass for a hedge or screen.

We treat your plant

like it's ours

  • Before your plant leaves our greenhouse, it’s wrapped and supported to handle the journey ahead. Pots are sealed to prevent spills, plants are gently netted and staked for stability, and boxes are packed with biodegradable peanuts to absorb movement along the way. Thoughtful packaging helps your plant arrive happy, healthy, and ready to grow.

When your plant
arrives

  • Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal. Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
