General Information
Concord Grape Spiderwort is a wonderful plant that would fit well in many different landscape areas and conditions. The plant forms a compact clump of foliage. The leaves of the plant are reminiscent of the foliage of an iris. The leaves have a blue-green color. Many flower buds are produced in clusters on stiff stems, rising above the foliage. These flowers have a 'Concord Grape' color, providing a great contrast with the foliage. The flowers begin to bloom in late spring continuing through late summer. Each flower is only open for a short period, open in the morning and close in the midday. When each of the flowers in a cluster are spent, they should be removed to encourage future growth.

When your plant
arrives
- Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal.
