Blue By You Salvia is a perennial plant. It will have a mounded, upright form with flowers held above the foliage. It would be a great choice for a variety of landscaping areas. The foliage will be deep green in color, keeping a nice appearance through the growing seasons. The flowers bloom on spikes from late spring to autumn. They are a very attractive violet-blue in color. It is best to remove the spent flowers to encourage re-bloom. The Blue by You Salvia has nice heat tolerance to go along with great visual appeal.

Salvia hybrida 'Blue by You' will be 20 to 24 inches tall, with a width of 18 to 22 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. Blue by You Salvia will tend to do best when planted in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well draining soils.
