General Information
Blue Marvel Salvia is a great perennial for many different areas of your landscape. It is a smaller sized plant that is great for borders, flower beds or large containers. The foliage is oval in shape, and grey green in color. The flower spikes appear above the foliage in late spring, blooming into the early fall and are purplish-blue in color. They will rebloom sporadically through the year, but can be encouraged to bloom better if 1/2 the plant is cut back in July. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds.

We treat your plant
like it's ours
- Before your plant leaves our greenhouse, it’s wrapped and supported to handle the journey ahead. Pots are sealed to prevent spills, plants are gently netted and staked for stability, and boxes are packed with biodegradable peanuts to absorb movement along the way. Thoughtful packaging helps your plant arrive happy, healthy, and ready to grow.
When your plant
arrives
- Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal. Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
