Pink Pearls Beardtongue is a perennial plant. It will have a nice, dense rounded overall growth habit. This plant will have nice deep green leaves. They will keep an attractive appearance through the growing months. It will have tubular shaped pink flowers growing on stems above the foliage. They will grow in great abundance beginning the late spring to early summer. Pink Pearls Beardtongue will be a great in landscape beds or a variety of other planting spaces. The flowers can be attractive to hummingbirds and bees!

Penstemon barbatus 'Pink Pearls' will be 16 to 20 inches tall, with a width of 20 to 24 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 8. Pink Pearls Beardtongue will tend to do best in full sunlight conditions. It grows well with average or lower amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
