General Information

Glamour Girl Phlox is a wonderful plant that traditionally is used in a landscape border, but can be used in containers as well. The medium green color leaves have an elongated oval shape, coming to a point at the end. The stems of the plant are dark green and are generally two feet or more in height. The star of this plant are the flowers. The flowers are star shaped and moderate in size, and they have a bright pink color. They appear in large clusters to a marvelous effect at the ends of the stems.

Additional Information

Phlox paniculata 'Glamour Girl' grows to a height of 30 to 36 inches with a width of 18 to 24 inches. It is recommended for climate zones 4 to 8. Glamour Girl likes to grow in a full sun location with average, but consistent moisture. It is good to plant this phlox in a location with good air circulation to discourage any chance of mildew formation. Wilted flowers should be removed to encourage reblooming. This plant is excellent as a cut flower.

We treat your plant

like it's ours

  • Before your plant leaves our greenhouse, it’s wrapped and supported to handle the journey ahead. Pots are sealed to prevent spills, plants are gently netted and staked for stability, and boxes are packed with biodegradable peanuts to absorb movement along the way. Thoughtful packaging helps your plant arrive happy, healthy, and ready to grow.

When your plant
arrives

  • Plants may show signs of stress after shipping, such as bent stems or drooping leaves. This is normal. Prompt unpacking, proper watering, and a short recovery period in the shade help plants rebound quickly. Avoid heavy pruning and give your plant time to adjust as it establishes in your landscape.
