The leaves grow nice and densely. They have a nice aroma and are silvery-green in color. The Big Time Blue Lavender will bear attractive flowers on stems above the foliage. They will be violet-purple in color. The flowers will be in bloom all through the summertime. The flowers of the Big Time Blue Lavender are great for cut flower arrangements. They are also a wonderful choice for attracting pollinators.

Lavandula angustifolia 'Armtipp01' will be 18 to 20 inches tall, with a width of 24 to 30 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. Big Time Blue Lavender will tend to grow and flowers best in full sunlight conditions. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils. Once established, it will have nice drought tolerance.
