Ben Vernooij Hosta is a perennial plant. It is smaller in size, reaching to 16 inches tall. This hosta will have a mounded, slightly spreading overall form. Ben Vernooij Hosta would be a great addition to any shady areas in your landscape. The leaves are ridged and thick, giving great protection against wind or slugs. They are blue-green in color, emerging with creamy-yellow edges before transitioning to creamy-white. Light lavender colored bell shaped flowers in the mid summer time.
