Island Bonfire Kokomo Daylily is a perennial plant. It is smaller in size, reaching up to 18 inches tall. This plant has has a nice upright and overall compact growth habit. The size and ornamental appeal will make it perfect for a variety of landscape settings. Island Bonfire Kokomo Daylily has dark green, narrow and outward arching foliage. It will give the plant a very attractive appearance through the growing seasons. There will be abundant flowering from summer into the early fall. The flowers are golden yellow in color, with a large deep red center eye.

Hemerocallis x 'SPd 08-50' will be 15 to 18 inches tall, with a spread of 8 to 12 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. Island Bonfire Kokomo Daylily tends to grow best in full sunlight. It will do well with average amounts of moisture in well drained soils.
