General Information
John Paul II Clematis is a perennial vining plant. This will be a nice, tall clematis, reaching to 12 feet tall. It will do best when grown on an arbor, trellis or some form of supports. The flowers of the John Paul II Clematis can be quite large, at 5 to 6 inches across. They will be creamy-white in color, with light pink accents. The flowers are in bloom from late spring to early summer. If spent flowers are removed, rebloom will occur in early fall.

Clematis 'John Paul II' will be 8 to 12 feet tall, with a width of 2 to 3 feet. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. John Paul II Clematis can grow in full to part sun conditions. It will grow well with average amounts of moisture in well draining soils.
