General Information
Adobe Orange Sombrero Coneflower is a nice perennial plant. This coneflower is perfect for flower beds, in a cutting garden or a variety of landscaping areas. The plant forms as a mound of foliage, with flowers held on stems above. The leaves grow densely and are deep green in color. The flower are abundant, growing to 3 inches wide. They bloom all summer long. The flowers are bright orange in color, with a brownish-orange center seed cone. The seed cones are a nice food source for finches or other small birds in the winter.

Echinacea 'Balsomador' grows to a height of 18 to 20 inches, with a similar spread. They are recommended for USDA climate zones 4 to 9. The plants grow well in full to partial sunlight. Adobe Orange Coneflower grows best in well drained soils, with average amounts of moisture. Once established, it has shown good drought tolerance. Keep in mind that shipping size and height are an average of our plants and can vary by season.
