Golden Needles Coreopsis is a perennial plant. It will have a nice mounded overall growth habit. The leaves are narrow and finely textured, growing densely. The deep green leaves will provide a nice backdrop for the flowers. The flowers of the Golden Needles Coreopsis will be golden yellow with maroon center eye. They will bloom in abundance all through the summer. This coreopsis will be a great choice for a variety of landscaping spaces. It will be attractive to butterflies and other pollinators!

Coreopsis verticillata 'Golden Needles' will be 18 to 20 inches tall, with a width of 20 to 22 inches. It is recommended for USDA climate zones 5 to 9. Golden Needles Coreopsis can grow in full to part sun conditions. It will do well with average or lower amounts of moisture in a variety of soil conditions.
